Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to IndoraPay. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities and limitations that apply when you access our website, create an account, integrate our services or use any payment-related feature provided by IndoraPay. By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you are using IndoraPay on behalf of a business, company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.
Service Description
IndoraPay provides payment gateway technology that helps businesses accept and manage online payments through websites, applications or supported digital channels. Available features may depend on the selected plan, integration method, account status and technical setup. Our services may include merchant dashboard access, payment links, transaction status tools, payment verification, integration guidance, callbacks, webhooks and related support features. IndoraPay provides payment technology support, but merchants remain responsible for their own products, services, delivery, refunds, policies and customer communication.
Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information. You agree that all information submitted during registration, onboarding or support communication will be true, complete and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should immediately change your password and contact support. IndoraPay may request additional information for verification, security or compliance purposes before activating or continuing service access.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants must use IndoraPay only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service for fraudulent, misleading, prohibited, harmful or illegal activities. You are responsible for displaying accurate pricing, product information, refund terms, delivery details, contact information and customer support options on your website. Your website should not mislead customers, hide important charges or make false claims. You are also responsible for integrating payment services correctly, maintaining your website security, verifying transactions and handling customer complaints or disputes responsibly.
Payments and Transactions
Payment processing may depend on technical availability, bank networks, payment method support, server response and other factors outside direct control. Transaction status may change based on confirmation, failure, refund, reversal, settlement or dispute process. You should not treat a payment as final until it is properly confirmed through the dashboard, callback, webhook or official transaction verification method. IndoraPay is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect integration, wrong order details, false customer information, network issues, unauthorized account access or misuse of merchant credentials.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use IndoraPay for activities involving fraud, scams, impersonation, fake services, unlawful goods, misleading promises, unauthorized financial schemes, harmful software, stolen data or any activity that violates applicable law or platform policies. Attempting to bypass security checks, misuse APIs, overload systems, manipulate transaction records or interfere with service operation is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or terminate service access if suspicious, risky or prohibited activity is detected. We may also request clarification, documents or corrective action where required.
Fees, Plans and Changes
Any subscription plan, service charge or pricing information should be reviewed before purchase or activation. Fees may vary depending on plan, features, account type or service level. IndoraPay may update pricing, plan features, service availability or terms from time to time. Where practical, we may provide notice of important changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Users are responsible for understanding what is included in their plan before making a purchase. Taxes or additional charges may apply where required by law or service configuration.
Limitation of Liability
IndoraPay aims to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always-available operation. Services may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, payment network failures, hosting problems, software bugs, third-party outages or events beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndoraPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption or losses resulting from misuse, incorrect integration, third-party failure or violation of these terms.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to services if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk, submitted false information, engaged in suspicious activity or failed to comply with applicable requirements. Users may also stop using the service at any time. Certain obligations, including payment records, confidentiality, liability limits and dispute-related terms, may continue even after account closure. Account closure does not automatically remove records that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, accounting or compliance reasons.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, legal requirements or business operations. The latest version will be made available on this page.
